HCG Diet Menu
There is so much conflicting information out there about diets, exercise and even HCG recipes. Although there is so much out there, some simple steps to follow will lead to ultimate success.
When it comes to diets and the HCG Diet Menu, you have to keep it fresh by changing up what you eat so you do not get bored. A person can only eat so much salad before you give in and go off the HCG diet protocol. With so many people giving up on diets so quickly, you have to eat different foods and do not be afraid to use some spices. Some onion powder or oregano can go a very long way without adding extra calories.
The HCG Diet Menu is Not Enough
You have to stay hydrated too. Drinking water actually helps you lose weight with something called the Zero Calorie Effect. Water has no calories and when you drink ice cold water, your body has to expend energy, or calories, to digest the water. The general advice is 6-8 glasses a day. You can add some flavor to the water by adding some lemon, or lime. I have to admit, it took me a while to get used to that, but now I really like it. A great way to stick to the HCG diet menu.
